SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping - Yurtiçi Kargo (FREE) : 7-10 business days

Delivery times are calculated from the day when LIN'S confirms the order. We aim to fulfill
orders within the specified time frame, but we cannot be held responsible if the delivery time
exceeds the indicated duration due to unforeseen circumstances.

LIN'S does not assume responsibility for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer, including
tariffs and taxes.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns of unused and undamaged items
within 7 days of receiving your order.

We emphasize the handcrafted quality of our products, as each piece is unique and may exhibit slight variations from the images displayed due to the artisanal craftsmanship and natural gems used. These variations are not defects but rather a testament to the quality and authenticity of our craftsmanship. To be eligible for a return, your request must meet criteria beyond the inherent variations mentioned above.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipment costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@linscandle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


EXCHANGES

If exchanging an item, please proceed with the return and place a new order.

Customer is responsible for return shipment costs unless they receive a damaged item.

Damages should be notified within 24 hours after the package appears as delivered and must include pictures of the damage.
